The Rotondos took Michael to the New York Supreme Court.

Christina and Mark Rotondo have sent their son Michael five notices between February 2 and March 30 in an effort to toss him from their Camillus home, according to the mom's suit, filed earlier this month in Onondaga County Supreme Court. "On the advice of our lawyer we have made a decision to grant you up to thirty (30) days from the date shown above to remove your possessions and vacate the premises", his parents wrote on February 13.

Michael Rotondo (left) has been evicted from his home after his parents took him to court.

Mark and Christina Rotondo brought the case to court in upstate NY after their son ignored several eviction letters offering money and other help.

According to AP News, "The judge instructed the parents' lawyer to draft an eviction order".

But he argued that as a family member, he's entitled to six months more time.

State Supreme Court Justice Donald Greenwood rejected that as outrageous.

When he was in his early 20s, Rotondo briefly lived on his own, but he moved back in with his parents after losing a job.

Despite the outcome, Michael Rotondo said his fight isn't over yet.

"You only have one mom and dad, and I understand that you are probably more upset than you're letting on, but don't you want to reconcile with them?"

"If you want help finding a place your Mother has offered to help you", the letter reads.

"You have heretofore been our guest and there is no lease or agreement that gives you any right to stay here without our consent".

"Michael, here is $1100 from us to you so you can find a place to stay", a letter from February 18 starts.

Rotondo has been living with his parents, Mark and Christina, for eight years.

The judge also asked adult protective services to check on the case.

He said there had been no incidents with his parents, but that he did not speak to them. "I'm not dragging my business into my business", he said with a smile.

Three more notes were sent over the course of six weeks - with one even offering Michael $1,100 "so you can find a place to stay" and another suggesting options to either fix or get rid of his broken auto.
