New iOS updates are always previewed at WWDC, so it shouldn't be any different this year.

Apple is nearly certain to use WWDC 2018 to unveil new versions of its mobile operating system, iOS 12, as well as its computing OS, macOS version 10.14.

The Digital Health tool is expected to improve parental control over smartphone usage of children. Consequently, it is expected that Apple will tread cautiously over upcoming software updates.

Rather than multiply the new features, Apple should work on the stability of its new OS by making it as fluid and functional as possible. WWDC 2018 is expected to feature the latest news relating to iOS, macOS, WearOS among others. The new version might allow various users to share the same AR content on multiple devices simultaneously so multiple users can view the same augmented reality scenes at the time.

Last year, Apple rolled out new iPads, iMacs and the HomePod during WWDC - its first hardware announcements in three WWDCs.
