The Grand Finale of Bigg Boss season 12 was started with a power-packed performance of the host of the show Salman Khan. The show wrapped up yesterday, with the contestants spending a total of 105 days inside the Bigg Boss house, and the finale saw the finalists and the show host Salman Khan performing on a number of foot-tapping numbers to entertain the audiences one last time.

Television actress Dipika Kakar defeated Sreesanth to become the victor of the Bigg Boss season 12. I thank my fans for making me win this show. However, some people were not happy with her win and immediately took to social media to express their displeasure. After quitting Sasural Simar Ka, she made cameo appearances on television and also made her debut in Bollywood with JP Dutta's latest film Paltan. Every weekend he used to come and tell us where we are going wrong in the show. "That was a fan girl moment for me, will miss him especially his scoldings", she added. Sreesanth and Dipika will also be seen reminiscing their journey in the house through a dance drama on the songs Yeh Ladka Hai Deewana and Tu Jo Mila. In the end, Dipika won with more votes and Sreesanth became the first runner-up.

So when asked was it tough to compete against his so-called brother in the finale, Dipika said: " I never fought against him.

"I wanted to prove that Bigg Boss is not about being mean or demeaning anybody and it is about being honest and good". I was very confident that "Big Boss" is about being you and I would be myself and that's the reason why I have won the show.

Kudos to Dipika for winning Bigg Boss 12. She even made an appearance with her husband Shoaib Ibrahim on Nach Baliye 8 where he proposed to her for marriage and got married to him this year.
