House Judiciary Approves Subpoena For Full Mueller Report In Party-Line Vote

Some Mueller investigators believe Barr should have included more material from their summaries in his memo to Congress, according to government officials familiar with the investigation who spoke to the Times.
Barr, named to the post by President Donald Trump, issued a four-page summary about the report that said Mueller did not find criminal collusion between Russian Federation and the Trump campaign and did not make a determination as to whether the president tried to obstruct justice.
The statement comes one day after The New York Timesreported that some members of Mr. Mueller's team have expressed frustration over the attorney general's summary. Though the attorney general determined the president was not on the hook for such a charge, members of the Mueller team have reportedly complained to those close to them that the evidence on obstruction was substantial. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., authority to issue subpoenas for documents, testimony, and underlying evidence related to special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation of the Trump campaign and Russian Federation.
Democratic efforts to compel the release of the Mueller report to Congress from the Department of Justice ended as expected on Wednesday, but not without vocal pushback from Republicans.
"But if that doesn't work out in a very short order, we will issue the subpoenas".
"We are entitled to that information and we need that information", Nadler told reporters on Thursday.
The committee vote escalated congressional pressure on Attorney General William Barr to hand over all that Mueller documented during his 22-month probe, including grand jury evidence.
Also on Wednesday, House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Rep. Richard Neal (D-Mass.) formally requested the IRS provide six years of Trump's personal and business tax returns.
Erdogan says his party wins election in Istanbul For its part, the main opposition alliance has focused its campaign on the economic situation and its effect on citizens. Procedures to challenge the vote were continuing, Guven said, with 84 ballot boxes left to be counted.
The vote further escalates the Democrats' battle with the Justice Department over how much of the report they will be able to see, a fight that could eventually head to court if the two sides can't settle their differences through negotiation.
About 84 percent of USA voters favored making the entire report public, including 75 percent of Republicans, in a Quinnipiac University poll released March 26.
The rallies were thinly attended, with about 250 people outside the White House and about 300 in New York's Times Square waving signs, singing and demanding the report, which is almost 400 pages long excluding appendices. And he said that Mueller did not reach a conclusion "one way or the other" as to whether Trump's conduct in office constituted obstruction of justice.
In his opening statement, Nadler said that he won't issue the report right away, but will instead give Barr a chance to "change his mind" about whether to send a redacted or unredacted report to Congress.
That New York Times report, Boot adds, hasn't been the only bad news for Trump this week.
Unlike the "independent counsel" who investigated Clinton and was supervised by a federal judge, Mueller was appointed under newer "special counsel" regulations that make him a part of the Justice Department - working under the attorney general as does any federal prosecutor.
"We believe that these individuals may have received documents from the White House in preparation for their interviews with the special counsel". A couple hours later, though, Mueller investigators went to the Post to point out that this spin itself is also dishonest.
